Ordering from Canes and Walkers is safe and secure. From the point that you put one of our canes or walkers in your shopping cart, all of the information you enter into your computer is encrypted and protected. If you decide to use a credit card to pay for your purchase, the information on your card is encrypted as well and stored in a secure environment.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that everything you buy from Canes and Walkers exceeds your expectations. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the cane or walker is in new condition and has not been changed or modified (for example if the cane has been shortened it would be considered modified and you therefore can’t return it).
We do not issue cash refunds. We do issue refunds directly to your credit card, PayPal account or Google Checkout account for the purchase price (including tax if any).
If the purchase price of any item(s) is over $250 OR the item has been custom sized there is a 30% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee will be applied at $10.95.
To return an item, you must call Canes and Walkers customer service or e-mail us at orders@canesnd walkers.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code for your return.
We do not accept any returns that don’t have an RMA code. Once you get the RMA code from us, please write the RMA code on the returned portion of the original packing slip and on the shipping return label.
If you are not happy with your cane or walker, we want to hear from you.. It helps us improve the website, the products we feature, and our customer service. If you can spare a minute, we would appreciate it if you could to tell us why you are not happy with your choice.
Returned items must be new and unworn, and in the same condition as when we sent them to you. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn or used.
All items are covered for a 6 months warranty against manufacturers defects. We happily replace any broken items where the damage resulted from a manufacturer’s defect.
We inspect all returns to determine whether the item was broken or damaged from falling on the ground, from being in an accident, or from normal wear and tear.. We do not give refunds for broken items. For the warranty to take effect, the damage must have resulted from a manufacturer's defect
